Our Terms and Conditions

The details outlined in our Terms and Conditions must be accepted prior to work beginning on any commission work.

• All prices are listed and provided in CAD, any payments made from another currency would need to equal the CAD rate after conversion.
• Initial payment for any commission will be materials plus 10% of the total quoted price of the commission.
• Should you cancel your commission prior to any work starting; including prior to ordering materials, then a full refund will be offered.
• If materials have been ordered for your commission the cost of those materials will not be refunded.
• If you cancel your commission after the materials have been ordered and work has started, the cost of materials as well has half the remaining initial payment will be forfeit and not refundable.
• Payment plans can be worked out but must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the finished commission.
• Shipping within North America only currently, and is at the expense of the commissionee.
• If you are within the Maritime Provinces and less than 6 hours from Halifax, Nova Scotia, I will deliver your commission for the cost of gas and any tolls on the route. This excludes Newfoundland, shipping would be required.
