Warranty Details

Commissions will come with a 6 month workmanship warranty. See below for the items covered

• Repairing of stitches that come undone from normal use where it otherwise should not have occured.
• Separation of adhesives from normal use where it should have not occured.
• Minor alterations must be reported 14 days from the date the commission is received.
• If shipping is required to get your commission to us for repair, you will be responsible to the cost to get it to us, however we will cover the shipping back to you.
